Eight chairs that stack, for rooms that change use through the week. The Brunswick and Brunswick Deluxe are upholstered stacking visitor chairs, with or without arms, the Academy is a medium back stacker for training rooms, the Metro adds a mesh back for longer sessions, and the Nest Loop and Nest Edge are lighter cafe and bistro shapes. There is a banqueting chair for halls and events, and a trolley so nobody carries them four at a time. For seating that stays put, see visitor and conference chairs.
Choosing a stacking chair
Ask how high the stack will go and where it will live. A stack of six to eight is a comfortable lift for one person, but it needs a corner or a store cupboard with a door width to match, and a stack left in a walkway gets scratched. Padding is the trade off: an upholstered seat like the Brunswick is kinder over a two hour session, while a plain shell stacks tighter and wipes clean.
Arms are the decision people rush. They help older visitors get up, but add width, cut how many chairs fit round a table and often stop chairs nesting tightly. If the chairs come out weekly, a trolley saves backs and paintwork and keeps the stack stable on the move. Glides and feet wear out long before the frame does and are replaceable from chair spares and parts.
Rooms these suit
Stacking chairs earn their keep in a room that does more than one job. Pair them with folding and flip-top tables so the whole room clears in ten minutes, or with the training collection for a proper teaching setup. In a canteen, cafe and bistro seating and bistro and cafe tables are a better fit, and a reception wanting a firmer, more formal seat is better served by cantilever visitor chairs. Everything else is under office chairs and seating.
Stacking chairs for Suffolk halls and offices
Office Masters belongs to Neil Andrew Office Solutions Limited, a family run company on Ransomes Europark in Ipswich. Neil followed his father Malcolm into the trade and relaunched the business under his own name in 2017. The team supplies offices, schools and village halls across Suffolk and Essex, with deliveries and fitting in Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Sudbury and Woodbridge among others.
Chairs in quantity fill a van faster than people expect, so tell us the delivery point and whether there is a lift or stairs. Standard UK mainland delivery is free and normally lands within five working days, next working day is available, and pre-build means the chairs come out of the boxes ready to stack. For quantities, colours or a lead time on a hall full of seating, ring 01473 464644.
